When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if I want to change my order after it’s placed?
We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do but additional fees will apply. We will calculate the shipping charges after you order. You’ll receive an amount for the shipping fee and can pay that amount through our secure online form.
Please also note that Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
Can I purchase merchandise at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet?
Yes, absolutely! Merchandise is available in-store at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet. You can find us at 3900 W. Broad St, Columbus Ohio.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
- Please note we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
- Please include your packing slip in your return or exchange.
To return an item, simply write “return” next to the item name on the packing slip. To exchange an item, write “exchange” next to the item and indicate the new product you would like in exchange (including style, color, and size).
All Sale Items are final. No returns or exchanges.

Items & Sizes
If a certain items is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?
To find out when a product will be back on the shelves you can email: email@example.com. Also, please check back on the site regularly, you never know when your size or color choice may pop up!
Is gift packaging available?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift packaging.
How do I know which size will fit?
Each product on the site with multiple sizes has a size chart to help you determine which size will be the best fit for you.
